Therapeutic writing

I needed to vent, escape or release from confinement, to rationalize and validate my thoughts, concerns, worries, fears, dreams and hopes. Writing  happened to be at the moment the medium of my expression.

However, we sometimes can’t help dwell on the idea of feeling that our work is , in some sense, sterile. Therefore, most of my posts might not get to be published but rather hidden under posts as a draft.

Those posts might happen to be one of those letters we’ve written with no intention of sending, but happen to write them anyway.

But why?

Why create a blog and not ever post your thoughts?

Perhaps they were letters to ourselves. To release the emotion out of us, to say, to write the words regardless of them not being shared with anyone.
